Watercolor on paper, portrait of a young girl, signed Alessandro Rontini, Florence (1854-1933), period frame. Alessandro Rontini was an Italian painter, primarily specializing in interior genre scenes depicting children and women. He lived in Florence. His brother Augusto and his son Ferruccio were also painters. In 1880, in Florence, he exhibited "The Parachute, " and at the Turin Exhibition, "Innocent Love."
