Antique Card Table, 1890s

This antique card table dates back to the 1890s. It features a classic and timeless design with a double-sided extendable top, supported on bent legs. The top is composed of two sections connected with hinges, allowing it to be rotated around an asymmetrical axis. Once opened, the table is supported by extendable rear legs. The table has been refinished with French polish and colorless shellac, and the baize on the inner side of the top has been replaced with a new one. Overall, it is in very good condition, showing slight traces of use consistent with its age and showcasing its vintage charm.
