German Mid-Century table lamp 6775 by Christian Dell for Kaiser Idell, 1960s

Vintage design. Very rare table lamps by Kaiser lights with a flexible arm. The 6775 is one of the large rare table lamps from Kaiser. The 6787 with a fixed arm is more well-known. The 6775 features a very elegant design. The finely crafted arm of the lamp consists of two elements. The lower part is connected to the base and shows an expansive oscillation. A tube at the end houses the upper part of the arm. This has just been realised and stored flexibly in the record. The position of the lampshade can be adjusted on this mobile arm. The large pastel blue reflector shade at the end of the arm can be tilted on a ball joint. A ring-shaped perforation on the top visually opens up the size of the lampshade and ensures easy indirect lighting in the room. The base is designed like a shell. The edge of the brass-coloured bowl protrudes and creates a shadow joint that gives the lamp a floating effect above the surface of the table.
