Articulated floor lamp with counterweight mid-century by Rupert Nikoll, nickel, brass.

An elegant and beautiful modernist articulated floor lamp with a counterweight from the 1960s, made by Rupert Nikoll, Austria. Crafted in brass with a lovely nickel-plated surface and a round black iron pivoting base with an integrated on/off switch in the foot. It can be adjusted in height and width thanks to its counterweight handle. It is rotatable, height-adjustable/inclined, and the lampshade can also be adjusted. The lamp is in very good condition with marginal patina and comes with a renovated dark burgundy lampshade, using the original metal frame. Measurements: height: from 44 to 64 inches, width: 38 to 64 inches, depth: 21 inches.
