Very rare mid-century desk lamp. Probably from Kaiser in the 1950s/60s. The lamp captivates with its elegant design language and materiality. A wide protruding arm is flexibly held in a tube. The lampshade is designed in white, while the arm and a large part of the base are in brass. The shiny, smooth brass harmoniously contrasts with the white of the shade's covering. A striking element is the perforation of the luminaire. The fine perforation serves to regulate the lamp's heat and acts as a structuring ornament on the luminaire. The lampshade and arm can be manually adjusted. The arm slides back and forth in the guide. The lever effect fixes the position. The lampshade is mobile on a spherical joint. The lamp is in very good condition and shows little signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished by a craftsman. Inside the lampshade, there are defects in the original paint.
