This Scandinavian small free-standing wall unit in teak comes from Norway from the 1960s. It is a completely modular shelving system model, “Ergo, ” designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk. Overall set size is H: 165 / W: 83 / D: 36 cm. It features a practical sliding door chest with 3 drawers and two shelves, including one with decorative sides. Slightly curved cabinet make an organic, warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand-looking statement. This piece is perfect for a bedroom or living room, or due to its smaller size can be used in a child's room. It creates a very decorative, sculpture-like effect. This particular unit has a 165 cm height. This set includes: A cabinet with sliding doors H: 43 / W: 78.5 / D: 36 cm (drawer’s height 8 cm), Shelf 21 cm depth, Shelf with sides 21 cm depth, 2 teak supports 165 cm high, Brass hangers. The wall unit has been checked and renovated by our team. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with lacquer to enhance the beauty of the grain. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use. We have over 200 Danish shelves from the mid-20th century. We offer them in various sets.
