Old vase signed Maurice Fouillen from the Paul Fouillen workshop. Breton earthenware factory Quimper. Polychrome glazed earthenware in deep colors of brown and intense blue, with a stylized maritime Celtic-inspired local decoration: we can guess the sea with two Bigouden sailor watches, a feminine and a masculine represented respectively by their traditional headdress and in the background seagulls. Signed in the decoration Maurice Fouillen son of Paul Fouillen. Unique piece made by hand with an unusual motif. Period: mid / early second half of the 20th century.
