Suite of 4 chairs "Cesca", Marcel Breuer, 60s/70s This Bauhaus style chair was designed by the Hungarian Marcel Breuer in the 1920s. The chair was previously not patented, which meant that it could also be manufactured by other manufacturers. The patent is now in Knoll's hands and they have the exclusive right to manufacture the Cesca chair. This set of 4 chairs was produced in the 1960s/70s and may have been sold by Pastoe (we have already come across identical copies with a Pastoe sticker). Structure of the chair in steel tube, seat and back in lacquered wood and rattan straps. Walnut bramble color. Chair of very good quality. The rattan of the seats was renewed in 2020.
