The Duna floor lamp by Barbaglia and Colombo for the Italian PAF Studios is an elegant design piece from the 1980s. This refined floor lamp combines Italian craftsmanship with a minimalist look and is a stylish addition to a modern or mid-century interior. The Duna was designed by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo, known for their innovative approach to light and form. From a matte black cast iron base, a slender steel tube rises upwards, onto which the adjustable lampshade is subtly attached. The lampshade can rotate and tilt, allowing the lamp to be used for direct reading light or indirect ambient light. A particular feature of this first version is the original dimmer placed on the side of the fixture, unlike later versions where the dimmer is located on the cable. Thanks to this dimmer, the light intensity is easily adjustable, making the lamp ideal for various spaces. The lamp is fully cleaned, polished, and technically checked in our workshop, and can be used immediately. The fixture is made of high-quality metal and is in good vintage condition.
