A striking pair of sculptural wall lamps by Italian artist Francesco Pasinato, crafted in the 1970s. Each piece embodies the raw, expressive energy of the Brutalist movement, showcasing Pasinato’s mastery of hand-worked metal. The lamps feature textured copper panels with intricate cutouts and patination in warm tones of burnished bronze, red, and gold. At the center of each composition sits a gold-toned bulb socket, radiating light that enhances the rich surface depth and glowing oxidation of the metal. Sculptural lighting with a dramatic wall presence. Normally the lamps would be hung straight to the wall; these were hung by a chain for the photos so they tilt a bit forward, which they normally (when hung correctly) wouldn’t do.
