Old wooden box from the department stores of Bordeaux

Amazing old order transport box from bordeaux department stores. It is made of wood, it measures 55 × 34 × 14.5 cm. It is a real piece of history, you have to imagine it leaving bordeaux, by train, to its recipient. It is inscribed on it "department stores of novelties to the 4 brothers. A. Grassin fils, 24 and 26, rue stjames bordeaux. on the lid there is also the label, put in bordeaux saint-jean station. And different annotations in pencil; including the name of the recipient and what the box contained. Everything is made of wood studded with metal, nice detail on the lid at the corners, with metal parts also. It is a priori from the 30s. Pure wonder. ❤️obviously it is in its juice, but remains in very good condition given its age.
