Chinese horse and rider in glazed terracotta, 20th century

Glazed terracotta subject representing an Asian horseman on his mount. China or Indochina, 20th century (in the style of Ming terracottas). The mount has its neck lowered towards the ground, with a white coat featuring a crackled glaze enhanced by burgundy-brown spots and turquoise blue harnessing. The horseman is dressed in a glazed blue robe and wears a traditional conical hat, resting on a moulded rectangular terrace. Decorative presence with Orientalist inspiration. Height: 34 cm. Width: 34 cm. Depth: 12 cm. Overall good condition. Minor surface wear. No chips, losses, or cracks.
