Antique wooden and leather rocking horse

Antique wooden and leather horse placed and fixed on a wooden rocking base: original painted wood tinted with the patina of time - tail in real horsehair - leather saddle with metal stirrup and attachment straps. Overall dimensions: length 62.5 cm - height 40 cm - width 14 cm. Dimensions of the horse alone: 48 X 34 X 9 cm - weight 2.650 kg. Good antique condition considering its age but please note: - Cracks from time in the paint with some small snags from use. - One of the stirrups has a curved edge - (do not try to straighten it as there is a risk of breaking the metal) - a chip in the wood on the cheek has been repaired with wood putty. (blue line). - The base has some chips and cracks in the paint and some repairs with wood putty. - Some hairs are missing from the tail (disappeared over time!). - Wear of the color under the base. Dusted and waxed with beeswax by me, leather saddle and leather straps nourished with lanolin grease, this old toy is no longer suitable for children: it is only an antique and unique interior decoration.
