Large sculpted Norman wardrobe – Louis XV – XVIIIth century. Beautiful and imposing Norman wardrobe in richly carved solid oak, from the regional Louis XV period, featuring exquisite floral decoration and mouldings. It opens with two large doors adorned with sculpted panels, including: Decorations of bouquets and musical instruments, Curved crosspieces, Substantial brass handles, Finely crafted moulded cornice. The top is decorated with an elegant floral basket surrounded by clusters of grapes and sculpted doves, typical of Norman wedding furniture. The curved front and snail feet give it a lot of elegance and character. Dimensions: Width: 150 cm. Height: 215 cm. Depth: 62 cm. Interior: Fitted with shelves. Old interior paper visible. Condition: Good overall condition with signs of use and minor marks of time. Some wear and slight possible old restorations, without detracting from the charm of the whole. A very beautiful decorative and authentic piece, ideal for a country house, old interior, or warm and refined decoration.
