Louis XV armoire in carved oak – 18th century. Beautiful Louis XV armoire in solid oak, opening with two richly carved moulded doors. The front is adorned with an elegant decoration of shells, foliage, and rosettes, topped with a finely crafted overhanging cornice. The curved feet and the shaped crossbar are characteristic of Louis XV traditional furniture. The interior is fitted with two shelves and a hanging rail, providing ample storage space. The warm patina of the oak, achieved with beeswax, highlights the carvings and attests to its antiquity.
