A unique set of accessories made of gold-plated brass, designed by Pierre Forssell for the renowned Swedish manufacturer Skultuna. This set embodies Forssell’s signature style of Scandinavian modernism—minimalist, geometric, and rooted in the natural elegance of the material. Pierre Forssell collaborated with Skultuna from 1955 to 1986 and played a key role in giving the brand its modern character. The centerpiece of the set is a tall, cylindrical carafe with a solid brass body and a distinctive stopper, whose minimalist form harmonizes perfectly with the smaller vessels. It is accompanied by simple, cylindrical cups, free of unnecessary ornamentation. Their clean, geometric shapes allow the intense, golden color of the surface to shine through. The entire set is made of brass and gold-plated, giving the pieces an exceptionally elegant look. The gleaming surface reflects light and creates a jewel-like effect, while retaining the raw character typical of Scandinavian design. The greatest value of this set lies in its consistent, minimalist form. Forssell was able to reduce the object to basic geometric shapes while giving it an exceptionally decorative character through its proportions, the sheen of the metal, and the precision of its craftsmanship. It is an example of Swedish design in which a functional object also becomes a decorative piece. Decanter: height 17 cm. Width 11 cm. Depth 6 cm. Cup: height 3 cm. Width 6 cm.
