Superb antique bistro door, made of dark wood, adorned with a large acid-etched glass panel depicting a putto/cherub amidst a profusion of flowers. An authentic and highly decorative piece, typical of Parisian cafés and brasseries of the Belle Époque and the 1920s. It was generally used as a partition between two rooms—a bar/restaurant area, a private lounge, a smoking room, etc. The etched glass is particularly refined, with exquisite detail, and the door has a warm patina. There is a small chip in the upper right corner, barely noticeable.
