Cherry wood trumeau comprising a mercury mirror in the lower part and a framed piece under blown glass in the upper part. The cherry wood has a very soft grain and a warm tone. The mirror's tin, pitted, has all the charm of antique mirrors. Early 19th century period. The back is made of wooden panels. To be placed on a piece of furniture, a fireplace or simply on the floor.
