Chest with a domed lid. Rectangular structure made of solid pine stained brown-mahogany, resting on four turned feet equipped with swivel brass casters. The front features a central panel framed by moldings, adorned with a central brass lock with rococo decoration and its key ring, two oval brass side handles, and three diamond-shaped wooden appliqués (pyramidions). The domed lid is structured by five prominent longitudinal ribs that give it a distinctive architectural appearance. The unupholstered interior has an integrated secondary compartment under the lid, supported by metal chains. Wear consistent with the age of the furniture: cracks on the edges of the lid, numerous woodworm holes on all surfaces, multiple scratches and scuffs, as well as an accidental opening on the back panel.
