This charming solid wood bedside table reflects the late French Art Deco style, with its characteristic curved legs and rounded silhouette typical of furniture production from the 1940s-1950s. Of French origin, this type of nightstand was made by regional artisan cabinetmakers, without an identified creator, making it a common piece of furniture from the era. It has been carefully revamped: a bright coral paint gives it a very trendy contemporary character, while the back of the upper niche is lined with floral-patterned paper in warm tones, adding a bohemian and colourful touch. It features an open niche at the top and a double door at the bottom, providing practical storage. The condition is good for a revamped piece of furniture, with a few small imperfections visible from use. It will fit perfectly as a bedside table, but also as a small accent piece in a living room, hallway, or children's room seeking a joyful and vintage decor. It consists of a niche and a small cupboard with two rounded doors that open with their original gilded brass handle. It has a nice shape: soft lines, a scalloped base, and tapered legs for a light silhouette. It will be ideal as a bedside table, end table, or accent piece.
