Bedside table in varnished wood veneer, 1950s-1960s

Bedside table or end table in varnished wood veneer from the 1950s/1960s. A niche and two doors on the front. A small gilded metal plaque on each front leg. Good condition, but needs to be cleaned as it has stains and scratches on the varnish.
