Magnificent table lamp / luminous sculpture in Italian art glass.

Very decorative semi-circular shape (mezzaluna), made of thick, solid glass with a superb work of concentric layers. Colours: cobalt blue, emerald green, and turquoise/white inner swirls creating a vortex/rainbow effect when lit. Piece entirely handmade by a master glassmaker, as indicated by the original sticker in Italian: "Apparenti difetti del lavoro sono dovuti alla esecuzione artistica a mano del maestro vetraio." Dimensions: Width: 62 cm. Total height: 40 cm. Weight: 3.5 kg. Black metal base diameter 20 cm. Very beautiful light effect, ideal as a statement piece in a living room, entrance, or office.
