Louis XV style commode in red lacquer from around 1900. Curved in shape, it features two rows of drawers without a crossbar. The bronze fittings that adorn the legs, handles, and apron have a polished appearance. The lacquer, in the style of the Far East, is decorated with pagodas, cranes, landscapes, and scenes of life in gold on a red background. The top is made of restored Aleppo marble at the centre and on one corner. In good condition, with light restoration of the lacquer by a professional. Provenance: Villa Saint-Christophe in La Baule.
