"Semana" designer armchair in black leather by David Weeks

The armchair is the famous "Semana" model (reference 501), a major creation by New York designer David Weeks, published by the Habitat brand in the late 1990s. Inspired by the suspended line of "Butterfly" chairs, the Semana offers a modernist, minimalist, and extremely comfortable seat. It is a timeless piece that fits perfectly into contemporary or vintage furniture. This armchair has been carefully preserved, always protected from direct sunlight. Very good overall condition. Original very thick black saddle leather. Excellent overall tension. No tears or deep cracks. A few light signs of use and discreet scratches to note. Beautiful authentic patina.
