Visually appealing and extremely functional, this freestanding teak wall unit was most likely designed and produced in Norway during the 1960s. It is characterized by clean lines, quality craftsmanship, and a minimalist aesthetic. The overall set size is H: 206 / W: 165 / D: 36 cm. Crafted from warm-hued teak wood, this freestanding bookcase showcases a beautiful wood grain pattern. Attention to detail is evident in the nicely sculpted handles and slightly rounded edges, reflecting the artistry of Scandinavian craftsmen. The minimalist vertical supports and tapered legs add visual interest and give it a lighter, more airy presence without compromising stability. The unique montage system uses metal pins hidden within the wooden structure, making the junction points of the components nearly invisible. This wall unit features one spacious storage cabinet with drawers and sliding doors, a display cabinet, six adjustable shelves, and one exceptionally deep bottom shelf for larger or heavier items. The perfectly balanced design offers a versatile mix of display and storage options, making it ideal for living rooms or offices where aesthetics and organization are crucial. The bookcase’s design allows you to adjust the upper shelves and cabinets according to your needs, with the flexibility to move them lower, higher, or interchange them. The unit has been fully renovated. The wood has been cleaned, and finished with a thin coat of satin lacquer. Brass parts have been slightly polished. We have ensured that all components fit together seamlessly and smoothly. A fantastic,  rare piece in fantastic condition.
