Chinese rectangular coffee table, fully lacquered in dark brown. Its original top features inlaid patterns forming significant multicoloured decorative scenes. In the middle of a lush landscape, ducks can be seen drifting on the water. This poetic relief scene is surrounded by a frieze with geometric motifs. This table has a pierced apron resting on four legs reminiscent of the Chippendale style, adding a lovely curve to the whole. This living room furniture proudly claims its oriental origin with poetry.
