Biography: London painter and engraver specializing in naval themes, engaged in the royal navy, he became lieutenant-commander. He studied with the painter of the sea w. L. Wyllie and exhibited extensively at the abbey gallery, the ra and the walker art gallery in liverpool. Dimension of the view (excluding margins): 12 / 24.5 cm, with frame: 32 / 48 cm.
