Round metal opaline glass wall light sconce, Italy, 1960s

Article: Wall light sconces with opal glass shade. Origin: Italy. Age: 1960s. Original 1960s modernist italian wall light made of solid metal in original yellow tone finish and opal glass element in the middle. The backside of the shade and the wall fixation are white, beige lacquered metal. Due to the aging effects the metal colorations has a surface patination. The light has an e14 light socket for bulbs, the bulb is covered by an opal shade what creates a nice indirect light atmosphere. The shade is screwed on a special metal hanging elements on each light. The origin of these light is italy, and remembers in the style and design of stilnovo and gio ponti. Dimension: Depth 11cm. Diameter 20cm. Condition: Good vintage condition, some normal traces of use, full working. Age related metal patina.
