Safir Mini ceiling/wall light, Marianne Tuxen for Louis Poulsen

Iconic Safir Mini wall and ceiling lamp (model 138492), designed in the 1990s by Danish designer Marianne Tuxen for the world-famous manufacturer Louis Poulsen. The design is typical of the Scandinavian modernist style: minimalist, functional, and with fantastic light distribution. The combination of the matte white dish and the layered construction with both clear and frosted glass gives the lamp a beautiful diffuse and non-dazzling light effect on the wall or ceiling. In good condition with light signs of use. The cap was cut from the edge and was used as a table lamp by the previous owner. Material: powder-coated steel, clear glass, and opal/frosted glass, E14 fitting. Dimensions: diameter 16 cm, depth 13 cm.
