Scandinavian Teak and Beech Side Table

1950s-60s Scandinavian side table with rectangular teak top, brass inlays and tapered beech legs. Scandinavian side table of great lightness: a rectangular teak top with rounded corners, set with small circular brass inlays above the legs, rests on four tapered beech legs without stretchers. The absence of intermediate structure and the thin top express the pursuit of essentiality in 1950s-60s Swedish design. Pale beech complements the warmer tone of the teak. Good condition. It may show signs of age and use. Please pay close attention to the photographs. AG454
