Double-sided silk counter, solid oak, 1900

Very old oak confectioner's counter from the 1900s. We love its XL size of 3 metres long. The colour and grain of the old oak give it a certain charm, as well as exceptional quality. Elegant in every way, this piece of furniture features beautiful details and finishes. The drawers have finishing strips, as well as floral cast iron shell handles. A wide plinth adorns the entire piece. The top, made of two large boards and supported by a grooved frame, is very thick. The side panels also have very elegant finishing strips and grooves. The drawers are of full depth and slide from either side. This piece of furniture is very old and retains its beautiful original patina, preserving the charm of the antique. As a result, some marks, defects, nuances, or small缺失 in the wood may be present. Please refer to the numerous photos. This piece is very heavy, even without the drawers.
