Antique shop counter with 12 drawers / kitchen island

Antique shop counter from France, dating from the late 19th century. One side features a closed front divided into four recessed panels. The working side contains twelve spacious drawers, all equipped with their original handles. The drawers provide practical storage space for kitchen utensils, crockery, shop supplies, or other household items. The counter is primarily made of pine and rests on cherry wood legs. The wood has a warm, naturally aged surface, with marks, wear, and colour variations consistent with its age and original use. With its generous work surface and counter height, it would make a practical kitchen island, bar counter, shop counter, or display unit. This antique wooden furniture may show signs of historical woodworm activity. As a precaution, all our wooden furniture is treated preventively against woodworm before delivery to our customers.
