Very Large Antique Hardwood Apothecary Cabinet / Bank of Drawers, ca 1900

This apothecary bank of drawers was designed and made in Belgium and used in a hardware store in Antwerp. It is made from solid wood with wooden knobs and brass numbers. The cabinet has retained a rich patina with some natural distressing. The drawers are fully functional but show signs of age and use. Overall the cabinet remains in a good solid condition. The interior dimensions of the drawers are: D 44 X W 31 X H 10.5 cm. Two rows of five have different measurements as the cabinet was built around a column, see photo's. We have a pair of these cabinets available the second one is nearly identical.
