"T Walker" flow mulberry pattern plate, 19th century

Collector's item! Victorian "T. Walker" (Thomas Walker, Longton, Staffordshire, England) plate in molded and black glazed earthenware (flow mulberry pattern) dating from 1845-51. Idyllic setting: the cavetto shows a castle in the countryside in a river landscape, a pattern of buildings and trees; the well consists of a lake overlooked by mountains. Pattern name: "Tavoy". Expected signs of age. The glaze is very finely crackled, thick and smooth to the touch. Two small chips on the rim (see photos). Diameter 25 cm.
