Floor Lamp by Elio Martinelli for Martinelli Luce, 1960s

Vintage design floor lamp called 'Serpente' designed by Elio Martinelli in 1965. This lamp has a swiveling upper arm that can rotate 180 degrees, giving the lamp the appearance of a snake. The lamp is equipped with a foot switch to easily operate the lighting. The arm swivels very easily and the lamp remains stable due to the heavy weight of the base. The manufacturer's stamp is located at the bottom of the base. The lamp is in good vintage condition. Signs of use can be noticed on the base and arm in the form of some spots and a slight discoloration here and there. There are some scratches on the shade that are not noticeable, even when the lamp is on. With this lamp you will undoubtedly create an eye-catcher in your home!
