Roger Capron Herbier coffee table signed—vintage ceramic, Vallauris

Oval coffee table signed by Roger Capron (1922-2006), model "Herbier", produced in his workshop in Vallauris. Top made of glazed stoneware tiles with engraved plant motifs (leaves, herbs, grasses), in beige/ochre/brown tones. The frame and legs are made of dark-stained solid wood, with 4 straight legs. Signed on the top. Good vintage condition: small chip on the wooden frame and slight signs of use (see photos), tiles without cracks. H 30 X W 103 X D 91 cm. An iconic piece of 70s French design, perfect for a bohemian chic or mid-century living room.
