Antique mirror retaining its original silvering, featuring an irregular patina characteristic of old glass. The surface of the mirror shows numerous pitting, alterations, and areas of oxidation creating a very decorative clouded effect, typical of 19th-century mirrors. It is mounted in a moulded and gilded wooden frame in the Louis XVI style, adorned with a regular bead decoration around the inner edge. The old gilding shows significant wear with rubbing, small losses, and areas revealing the preparation and wood, attesting to its age and giving it a beautiful patina. The back consists of an old assembly of nailed boards forming the backing panel. An old handwritten label is still partially visible on the back. The whole remains solid and coherent with its age. Dimensions: approximately 62 × 78 cm. Condition: structurally in good condition. Original silvering heavily pitted with visible alterations and worn gilding in places.
