Napoleon 3 chair blue velvet

Old napoleon 3 period chair 1900, with its blackened wooden structure, very nicely patinated by time. Its seat is in blue devoré velvet with original finishing ribbon. In horsehair and spring, as was done at the time, the seat is very good, firm and comfortable. The structure is robust and stable. Under the seat we can read les grands magasins du louvre. Very good state of conservation, the chair being old, it obviously has a patina, some defects in the wood.
