Sloped desk marked in Louis XV style

This charming sloped desk in Louis XV style features a rich decoration of floral marquetry and scroll motifs on all its sides. Its curved legs, ending in bronze hooves, add a great deal of elegance. The drop-down front reveals an interior fitted with several compartments and three small drawers, ideal for storing mail or documents. The marquetry is well preserved despite some minor losses and signs of wear that contribute to its authenticity. It is in advanced used condition, with several accidents and missing veneer to note.
