Antique display cabinet in the Louis XV style with decorative bronze fittings and a marble top. Medium-sized cabinet, library format with shallow depth. The structure of the piece is made of solid mahogany, covered with a lovely rosewood marquetry on the entire front and sides. It opens with two large glass doors two-thirds of the way up, with a lock on the right side securing the whole. Attractive bronze keyhole entries with floral motifs. The bottom of the doors features a large marquetry decoration of flowers in different types of wood, offering varied colours; rosewood, lemonwood, sycamore... The interior space is fitted with three height-adjustable shelves. The legs are finely decorated, slightly curved in the Louis XV style, covered with marquetry and enhanced with gilded bronze fittings. The top is a rounded marble with old rose and white colours, a type of red breccia from Languedoc.
