Small Display Library in Rosewood Marquetry, Louis XV style

Elegant Louis XV style display cabinet, featuring two glass doors with sinuous contours, highlighting the delicacy of the curves and the rococo spirit of the 18th century. The façade is sumptuously inlaid with rosewood leaves arranged in butterfly wings, enriched at the lower part with a floral decoration in light and stained wood, revealing a refined and skilled workshop craftsmanship. The finely chiselled golden bronze lock entries frame a functional lock, accompanied by its fitted key. The interior reveals three large adjustable shelves on rack supports, the edges of which are also inlaid, demonstrating care given to every detail, even those less visible. The piece is crowned with a veined marble top with a corbin beak edge, adding a contrasting mineral touch to the richness of the wood. The curved uprights are adorned at the top with golden bronze drops depicting acanthus leaves, while the entire edge of the cabinet is highlighted by a brass strip, ending in finely sculpted bronze feet. At the lower part, a cut and curved crossbar hosts a bronze fitting decorated with scrolls and acanthus, reinforcing the decorative harmony of the whole.
