Ancient establishment

An old woodworking bench dating from the 1940s made of solid oak. Overall good condition with some normal signs of use considering its age. The bench has been transformed into a TV unit, its layout was created in our workshop. (cleaning, stripping, sanding, treatment against wood-boring insects, creation of 4 front doors with a back compartment, lowering of the 4 legs, installation of 8 hinges with 2 metal locks and 2 interior hooks, creation of a black patina) The structure and the doors are very stable. The bench consists of a fairly thick top, underneath there are 4 doors revealing a large storage compartment running the entire length, the clamping vice is functional. The bench would be ideal in a living room as a TV unit or as a storage unit. Dimensions of the old bench: Width 2.16 m. Height 66 cm. Depth 49 cm. Interior of the bench (compartment): Width 1.43 m.
