Oak table 1900 XL

Old workbench from 1900 in XL oak format. We love the size of this workbench, with its great length and shallow depth. Its numerous storage options, with double doors, allow it to be imagined as a true piece of everyday furniture. It works well both in a row and as a central island in a kitchen, for example. Fully restored, this piece has been treated, sanded, lightly stained, and then protected with a clear matte varnish. You can see its old patina, with traces of paint in places on the wood, particularly patches of paint under the top and inside the storage. Its original and unique elements related to its function as a workbench have been deliberately preserved - its vertical vice with double legs, the artisanal closing system of the double door… Three levels of storage, with different depths and artisanal systems. In overall good condition, with a patina of use, marks, and signs of past life… a very heavy piece, of course. - Dimensions - L 212 X D 34 X H 82 cm (D with vice 45 cm) Thickness of the top 8 cm.
