Glove box in lacquered wood with bird and iris decoration

Very beautiful glove box in burgundy lacquered wood with a slightly domed lid. The decoration of a bird among the irises is in light relief and of great finesse. Art deco/art nouveau period. Imported from japan; dimensions: 28 X 8 X 6.5 cm the lock is present, but no key. Very good condition, just a missing part in the left corner (see photos) very beautiful shiny lacquer, interior and underneath as well. Look carefully at all the photos, they are worth description.
