Moet Chandon pewter vasque. Vintage Oval shaped champagne bath

A beautiful and well cared for example of this stunning champagne bucket commissioned for the house of Moet Chandon. The champagne bucket is oval shaped and will chill several bottles. The cooler features two beautifully crafted ringed handles set into a grape and vine design in relief. The same design also features in relief around the entire upper circumference of the vasque. The vasque is engraved on both sides with the name and crest of Moet Chandon. This lovely vintage piece has been well cared for and retains its polished shine. Of course there are signs of use but no dinks, no dents and no major scratches (main scratches are on the base so of course are not viewed during use.
