Ironstone compote Saint-Amand model 6014 – blue and gold oriental decoration

Very pretty antique compote in ironstone from the Manufacture of Saint-Amand, model 6014, bearing its stamp on the reverse. A particularly decorative model, with an elegant oriental-inspired blue design, punctuated with small golden-orange motifs. The footed shape is also very elegant, making it a beautiful piece to display on a table, in a kitchen, or in a china cabinet. An antique piece full of character, ideal for vintage, flea market, country house decoration, or ironstone collection. Overall good condition for its age: no chips or cracks. There are small stains and some yellowing, as well as an old patina and a slight network of crazing in the glaze, visible in the photos. The whole remains very harmonious and full of charm.
