Rare set of sculptural postmodern chairs with a particularly graphic architectural design, emblematic of European design from the 1980s. These models stand out for their slender light grey tubular aluminium structure combined with a backrest made of stretched golden metal cables, reminiscent of a harp's strings. Their minimalist and theatrical silhouette recalls contemporary brutalist interiors as well as the radical postmodern aesthetic of the late 20th century. The cables have been recently re-tensioned to restore their original tautness and line. The seats have been redone in black leather look. The set is in generally good condition with some visible signs of use and wear on the metal structure, consistent with the age and use of the pieces. All chairs retain their original label.
