Large sofa model Met designed by Piero Lissoni in the 1990s and produced by Cassina in Italy. The internal wooden structure is padded with high-density foam and fully covered in soft, thick black full-grain leather. The lines are understated and architectural, featuring a wide and deep seat highlighted by solid armrests and a backrest with balanced proportions. The entire piece rests on cylindrical chrome metal legs, giving a light and contemporary feel to the silhouette. The Met model is part of the minimalist and rigorous vocabulary developed by Lissoni for Cassina since the mid-1990s. Edition: Cassina, Italy.
