Pair of Large Uchiwa Wall Sconces by Ingo Maurer, Germany, 1973

Two pieces of big vintage Uchiwa fan lamps with metal holder for wall hanging. Designed from Ingo Maurer, Germany in 1973. All fans are handmade of bamboo and Japanese rice paper. The lamps are equipped with original metal holders with Edison bulb holders and black rubber wire with on-off switch for direct hanging to the wall. Very good vintage and working condition with small normal defects as shown on the pictures, which are not really seen when the lights are in use. The have a beautiful natural color!
