The entire surface of the body is covered with an intricate guilloche diamond pattern and decorative plant motifs around the cartouche on the lid, with a subtle ornamental line appearing at the keyhole and handle. The matte finish is enhanced by local abrasions, discolorations, and traces of silver wear – most visible on the edges and feet. The construction, based on precisely joined metal panels, confirms the craftsmanship of the Norblin manufactory.
